Cancellation policy

The following cancellation conditions apply to hotel rooms, bungalows and glampings if you are unable to start your stay:

• For cancellations up to 45 days before arrival we charge a processing fee of 50,- Euro per booked hotel room, bungalow and glamping.
• For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations from 15 days to 3 days before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In the event of no-show (3 days before the planned arrival) or early departure, we charge 100 % of the price of the booked stay.

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.

Le cancellazioni saranno accettate solo per iscritto. Le caparre già versate saranno rimborsate sotto forma di buono, nel rispetto delle condizioni di cancellazione; non sono possibili rimborsi.
